Season Start Dates

• Classic: August 25 or 27, 2025 (Monday/Wednesday)
• Academy: August 23, 2025 (Saturday)
• Holiday Observance: No games on Saturday, August 30, 2025 - Monday, September 1, 2025 (Labor Day).
• Both Classic and Academy leagues will play 8 games.

Game Days
Classic:

• Primarily Saturday/Sunday, with the exception of Mon/Wed during the last week of August. 
• Clubs may move dates with opponent approval. 
• Both genders will be scheduled on Saturday and/or Sunday; there is no longer a specific date for gender. 
• High School girls will primarily be placed on Sunday, with Saturday as a second choice to avoid school conflicts.

Academy: Saturdays

• 11U, 12U, 13U Boys and Girls
• 14U and 15U Boys
• 15U Girls (will include 14U and 15U year old players; divisions determined by team submission and player makeup)
• HS Girls

Classic League Deadlines

• Monday, July 14, 2025: Team application deadline.
• Please follow team Naming Process 
• Clubs are allowed to submit 10 blackout dates.
• Monday, July 14, 2025: Complete list of teams forwarded to participating clubs.
• Tuesday, July 15, 2025: Team placement committee meeting. Placements announced.
• Thursday, July 17, 2025: Final day to appeal team placement.
• Friday, July 18, 2025: Appeals satisfied, scheduling begins.
• Monday, July 21 - Thursday, July 24, 2025: Schedule with date assignments presented to clubs. Clubs will add fields and times.
• Thursday, July 31 - Thursday, August 7, 2025: Clubs can work with each other to adjust date changes.
• Thursday, August 7, 2025 (noon): Final day for scheduling adjustments.
• Thursday, August 7, 2025: Schedule goes live.

Academy League Deadlines

• Monday, July 28, 2025: Team applications due.
• New this year! Academy Schedules can now be submitted online at the following link.  Academy Registration Form
• Please share any coaching conflicts, special request, etc. in the comments section of the form. We will do our best to accommodate in the scheduling process.
• Clubs are able to choose the number of play dates they wish to participate in.
• Thursday, July 31, 2025: First phase draft of schedule (Weeks 1 and 2).
• Friday, August 8, 2025: First phase revision (Weeks 1 and 2).
• Monday, August 11, 2025: First phase schedule posted (Weeks 1 and 2).
• Monday, August 11, 2025: Team additions and subtractions.
• Monday, August 18, 2025: Second phase draft of schedule (Weeks 3-8).
• Thursday, August 21, 2025: Second phase revision (Weeks 3-8).
• Monday, August 25, 2025: Entire schedule posted (Weeks 1-8).

• If a member club team is pull from from the East Central Schedule before it is posted, there will not be a charge to remove the games from the East Cental Schedule.  

• Any team dropping from the East Cental League once the East Central League schedule is posted  (Made public).  A flat fee of $250.00 per team will be charge to the club for any team withdrawing. 

Final day to appeal is Thursday, July 17 2025 at noon
